Once settled there is absolutely no reason to leave… but you are at the beach so take a little walk down to the Mighty Atlantic. The beach access is just around the corner.

Rain or shine the glass enclosed pool house is a big plus+++(the retractable roof lends itself to spectacular star gazing while you float!), the lagoon style pool includes a hot tub and is heated in the mid/off season for year round enjoyment.

We are excited to share our huge yard- perfect for frisbee, football, cornhole, wiffle ball or set up horseshoes and volley ball- If you want to play it- bring it- We have the space.....

Feel like a movie? Retire to the Media Room with big screen TV and pick kick back in a recliner or stretch out with a pillow.
